Adapting to a changing climate is our community journey. As your local government, we are taking action to transform how we deliver services and plan for a future with hope and opportunity.

Together we are stronger and more resilient. Every individual can take an action, and collectively those actions can have a big impact on the climate, and on our community.

Whether you can reduce the use of fossil fuels, reduce waste, help others, love nature, take only what you need - these are all things that help our community and the Earth.

What will we do with this information?

The collective actions show how important this is to our community. We will create periodic summary reports which will help to inform future priorities for a sustainable Sechelt. We will keep you posted as the project progresses.

See what others are doing and commit to a change you can make!
