The washrooms at Friendship Park are getting refreshed, just in time for summer.
The new washrooms will feature:
- stainless steel vandal resistant features
- stainless steel panels on the walls
- new doggy fountain on the exterior
- new lights
- new floor membrane (more sanitary and better smelling)
- new doors
- new paint
- new gutter and roof clean up
- upgraded electrical kiosk for mobile vendors
- two new accessible picnic tables
- mural
There is a portable washroom on site during the closure of the main building.
Update
As of April 11, 2025, the washrooms are back open and looking great! Now we'll tackle the outdoor mural and shower area. Thanks for your patience!
